How it works:
This is a free service!
You (the race organiser) download the Online Entries Setup program available on the Download page and install it (by just running the downloaded file). Thereafter you just run the installed program, fill in the information requested, and submit it. That's it!.
You can create a new meeting from scratch, or you can copy a previous meeting. Race names can be picked up from your (local) Alycat database.
Inform your drivers to download the Online Entries for Drivers program available on the Download page. This program will allow drivers to save different profiles (for example - one profile for buggy, one profile for truggy). Drivers will also be able to see who has registered at any time. Drivers simply download the file from the download page, save it somewhere on their computer (Desktop or My Documents for example), and double-click it to use it.
At any stage after the first driver entry, you can use Online Entry Setup to view your entries, and can also use Alycat to download your entries - go to Meeting Setup and select Import. You can either import into a new meeting or one that you have already setup. Race names, groups, driver details are all set up, using your Alycat Database.
