How it works:
You (the race organiser) download the Online Entries Setup program available on the Download page and install it (by just running the downloaded file). Thereafter you just run the installed program, fill in the information requested, and submit it. That's it!.
Inform your drivers to go to http://www.alycat.com/entries and enter (or go to http://www.alycat.com and select "Enter Online").
At any stage after the first driver entry, you can use Alycat to download your entries - go to Meeting Setup and select Import.You can either import into a new meeting or one that you have already setup. Race names, groups, driver details are all set up, using your Alycat Database.
You can also optionally include the Alycat Online Entries as a page in your own club website. To do this, set up a page on your website, and include the following in the the "HEAD" statement:

Even more customization is possible, by changing the "CallAlycatOnlineEntries" shown above:
The full use is: CallAlycatOnlineEntries(ClubAbv,FormatGen,FormatFirstCol,FormatDiv,ShortcutDescription)
where ClubAbv limits the display of meetings to those starting with ClubAbv
FormatGen is a STYLE statement to control general page formatting
FormatFirstCol is a STYLE statement to control formatting of the left hand column
FormatDiv is a STYLE statement to control the data entry area
ShortcutDescription changes the "If your club has issued you with an ID Number"
Note: Alycat 8.4 release 3 or later is required.
