The registration method is changed regularly and if you are not running a latest version we may not be able to reconstruct your registration info nor supply program versions several years old. (This is the same file as with Alycat 8.4) User Manual & Help Version 9.0 (release 8) Size: 690,612  Uploaded: 23 Feb 2007 The user manual is also utilised for F1 help from within Alycat and thus needs to be installed to use F1 help. This is the latest released version of Alycat - it is a demo/lite version, but if you have a copy of 9.1 already registered and installed this release will run as a registered version. If you do not have a registration code, this can be purchased here. The Alycat, Speech and Manual files support Windows installation and can be repaired, uninstalled, using Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel. If you are not using Windows XP or later, the Speech (SAPI 5.1) file is required. On some versions of XP, speech is already installed (but with only one voice) and in those cases this file may not be required. If you are upgrading from an earlier version of Alycat and would like to use your preference settings, etc from that earlier version, and also keep this installation separate from any earlier ones: Install Alycat (using the default directory will result in a separate install) Run this new version, then exit, this will create the 9.1 data structure. Copy files from your earlier version to the new data area, e.g. from C:\Documents and Settings\Alycat\9.0 to the new area, e.g. C:\Documents and Settings\Alycat\9.1 To use an earlier version, merely run that earlier version in the normal way. Using AMBrc via USB If you wish to use the AMBrc decoder via a USB port, you will need to install the Alycat USB driver: Install Alycat if required Connect the decoder to the USB port, and power on In Windows, when the Hardware Update Wizard appears, select the AMB decoder in the list and then have disk, navigate to the Alycat directory - C:\Program Files\Alycat\(version) -and select Device.inf and finish Club PC not connected to Internet SendLogViaFTP 2.0 Size: 920 Kb (standalone EXE, no install), uploaded 30 Oct 2005 This program is designed for submitting Alycat log files, where the club PC is not connected to the internet. Use Alycat (on the club PC) to zip (compress) the log file Copy the file to the PC which is connected to the internet Use this program to FTP the file to the Alycat FTP server NOTE: do not ZIP the log file yourself, Alycat adds your registration name to the filename and this is used at this end for identification - this program will not find files without a registered name.
